JR半田駅を出たら一方通行を真っすぐ進んで交差点へ、信号を渡って半田が誇る世界的なお酢のメーカーの本社の横を進んで最初の辻を右に行った運河沿いの左手
その名の通り蔵を改装したお店
お店はカウンターと広間の座敷、厨房の上にロフトって構造
取引先の社長さんと4人での密談に使いました:笑
扉も無いロフトなので声は筒抜けですがヒソヒソ話ならOK
あんなことやこんなことについて情報交換しながらの会食
お料理は8000円でお任せでお願いして、、、
素材は基本知多らしい魚系で渡り蟹、鱧、太刀魚などなど
知多牛石焼きもあって、山の方から来られた社長さんも大満足♪

・先付:渡り蟹、帆立燻製、枝豆、魚南蛮漬け
・造り:たいらぎ貝、烏賊、ひらめ、鯛、かわはぎ
・椀物:鱧、ナス
・焼物:太刀魚
・焼物:知多牛石焼
・ご飯:お茶漬け
・シャーベット
雰囲気も良く改めてここの良さを実感した夜でした(^^)v
