穴子のお刺身は初めていただきました。
食感は河豚みたいで臭みも無く食べ易かったです。
煮蛸がとても美味しかったです♡
握りは、小肌と本鮪の赤身が好みでした。
海老や穴子も食べてみたいなぁ。
鰯のつみれ汁のつみれがフワフワで出汁が美味しかったです。
玉子焼きも濃い黄色で甘味があり好きなタイプ。
日本酒は、ご主人が飛騨出身なので、飛騨のお酒をいただきました。
氷室が円やかで特に好みでした。
とても楽しいご主人でした。
