テレビニュースのTenで見た寿司屋、是非行きたいと思っていた。天満橋にある最強寿司屋『やまのや』だ。
今回はネット予約で、雪コース(4千円)を予約。そして、このコースを食べて、やまのやが最強寿司屋であることを実感した。
詳細は写真を観て欲しいが、冷製寿司屋から始まり、〆の赤出汁まで14品の料理が出た。
どれも創意工夫がされており、14品を食べ終わるときには、満足感がいっぱいになる。
あと4名席が4つ、カウンターは8席あるが、20時になると満席になった。必ず予約をして、訪問スルー必要がある。
