...gs are raised with care, fed on sweet potatoes for 60 days, and then bathed in the tropical Kagoshima sun for over 250 days.The pigs are purchased directly from the contracted farm, Kamata Pig Farm, and served in a variety of cooking methods. Focusing on bu-shabu, we offer a variety of menus that incorporate seasonal ingredients and can be enjoyed with shochu, from snacks with alcohol to full-fledged meals and rice dishes. We have a wide selection of shochu from all over the country, with a focus on Kagoshima's sweet potato shochu. Of course, beer and sours made with seasonal fruits are also available.
