The most popular ``Original Ami Lever'' has been around since its founding. A dish made of chicken liver cooked at a low temperature, wrapped in pork fat and grilled over charcoal. Enjoy the creamy, raw-like texture. We also recommend Shirokoro, which uses fresh offal caught in the morning. Careful preparation leaves it with a melt-in-the-mouth texture while retaining its flavor. Enjoy with our special mustard miso if you like. We also offer courses where you can enjoy a wide variety of homemade dishes.

The ``skin'', which can be enjoyed easily at 90 yen per piece, is made by deep-frying chicken neck skin in chicken oil and then grilling it over charcoal, resulting in a crispy surface while retaining its moist flavor. Please enjoy the "Yogan-yaki (roasted on a hot stone)" made on a custom-made grill embedded with lava stones from Mt. Aso. For lunch, we recommend the "Keema Curry" made with meatballs! Three types of meat - beef, pork, and chicken - are ground differently according to each part, and finished with authentic spices. Please feel free to use it in between work♪

Our popular lemon sour is made using the cold press method, using the juice of lemons squeezed with their zest! The ``Raw Lemon Sour'' with 1-2 chopped lemons is a popular and luxurious drink. ◎The ``Salted Lemon Sour'' made with yakitori salt adds salt to the rim of the glass for a refreshing drink. Also recommended. We always have around 100 types of shochu and affordable premium sake, so please enjoy them with your signature yakitori.
