Chicken Sukiyaki made with homemade soy sauce. Enjoy it with the carefully selected "Versailles eggs" from Saga Prefecture. To finish off the meal, we offer our proud Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) (oyakodon), which is made with a dashi soup that concentrates the flavors of the ingredients and is topped with a Versailles egg.

Choose your favorite from the seasonal vegetables purchased that day. We also have rare vegetables delivered directly from the farm, available as omakase platters or grilled.
