True Oyster from Iwate Rikuzentakata Yonezaki have started arriving this season! Fresh from the farm, brought to you by Mr. Sasaki, a third-generation Oyster fisherman! It's full of plump meat and rich flavor! ! Live Oyster from Akkeshi, Hokkaido, Konbumori, Hokkaido, and Yonezaki, Iwate are now in stock. Lots of flavor! These oysters are freshly harvested and extremely fresh.In order to ensure that you can enjoy our Oyster with peace of mind, we select sources that undergo ultraviolet and ozone sterilization, and we also wash and sterilize them at the store after receiving them.
Food Live conger eel prepared at the store
The conger eel is received fresh and processed from scratch at the shop. [Shirayaki] The owner carefully handles each eel one by one and grills it over a strong charcoal fire. Perfect for dry local sake!
Space[Ventilation and sterilization/disinfection inside the store]
At our store, we have been disinfecting and disinfecting the store and cooking utensils and utensils with sodium hypochlorite solution and alcohol every day to prevent food poisoning since before the coronavirus.
