Food Taste the finest marbled Hida beef
"Hida Beef" is a Japanese black breed that has been raised in Gifu Prefecture for over 14 months. The meat has a beautiful pink color. Although it is rich in marbling and flavor, it is low in fat and oil, making it refreshing to enjoy. Our restaurant has been certified as a designated restaurant by the Hida Beef Brand Promotion Council.

There are 6 types of courses that you can choose according to your budget and number of people, as well as courses that come with all-you-can-drink options that are convenient for large parties. From the appetizer to the final dish, please enjoy to your heart's content. The luxurious gourmet "Yuki" course costs 6,300 yen (excluding tax) and includes not only the famous shabu shabu-shabu, but also a limited-time course where you can enjoy thick-sliced blowfish sashimi, sea urchin, and thick abalone grilled in butter.

Enjoy luxurious shabu shabu with golden-brown soup made with boiled chicken broth. Passing it through the soup removes the fat and brings out the flavor. By eating it with the spicy wasabi sauce, you can enjoy a refreshing taste that will have you reaching out with your chopsticks one after another.
