From JR Ebisu Station When you exit from the west exit, you will see a large rotary. There is a shopping street called Ebisu Ginza on the opposite side, so go straight until the traffic light (Ebisu Minami 2-chome). Cross the traffic light and turn left. As you go up the hill, you will pass Peacock Super and Asahi Calpis Building on the way, and as you go up further, you will find it on your right (2nd floor). It's in front of the Ebisu Minami 1-chome traffic light. From Ebisu Station on the Hibiya Line, take exit 5 (next to Starbucks) and you will immediately see a traffic light (Ebisu Minami), so turn left there. Go straight up the hill for about 5 minutes and it will be on your right. (2F) 322 meters from Ebisu. |

This is our specialty pasta. A limited number will be available each day. Please try it once. It depends on the season, but when the season is open, we use fresh sea urchin shipped directly from Nemuro.
Drink[dellacollina] Wine
We always have around 70 types of wine in stock. There are over 10 types of daily glass wines, including spumante, champagne, white and red wine. You can also enjoy Super Tuscany and Amarone Baroleau carefully selected by our sommelier by the glass. We also have pairings available to match the dishes, so please ask your sommelier. You can also bring your own wine (BYO: 3,300 yen per bottle).
Food Uwajima red sea bream kadaifu sautéed with omar sauce
Fresh red sea bream from Uwajima, Ehime Prefecture is wrapped in a thread-like dough (kadaifu) made mainly of wheat flour and corn flour. The crispy texture and softness of the fresh red sea bream will make you addicted. Please enjoy it with rich cream sauce made with luxurious lobster stock.
