Our restaurant is full of Kyushu gourmet food made with local ingredients delivered directly from the area. Including ``Otsunabe'', which uses carefully selected offal from Kyushu, such as Wagyu beef
...from a contracted farm (Saga Prefecture) and Wagyu beef from Kagoshima Prefecture, we also offer ``Yamasho Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)'', the original mille-feuille hotpot made with alternating layers of black pork and Chinese cabbage. The contents change depending on the season and stock, such as ``Yobuko squid'' and ``Goma mackerel'' from Saga Prefecture, which is famous for its squid.
