We have created a course version of our store's most popular items. We take great care in preparing the fresh seafood, Fried food and Simmered dish that we purchase every morning. We purchase ingredients from all over the country and provide them in satisfactory condition. Finish off with our signature dish, dashi chazuke, of course! Our signature product is [Dashi Chazuke]. Our concept began with the idea that we would like people to casually enjoy Ochazuke（boiled rice with tea）that is served at the end of Japanese cuisine. The rice we use is our original blend rice, and the water we use is water from Kumamoto, which has been selected as one of Japan's top 100 waters. The soup stock is extracted from Rishiri kelp directly shipped from Hokkaido, and the ingredients are also ordered from all over the country. The sea bream comes from Ehime Prefecture, the mentaiko from Hakata, and the salmon roe from Hokkaido and other locations, and the authentic dashi chazuke is finally completed.
