We only serve fresh, seasonal fish caught that day! We use seafood purchased directly from Minoshima Fishing Port in Wakayama Prefecture and Muroto Misaki in Kochi Prefecture every day, and we have set strict standards for freshness so that our customers can enjoy a feast that brings out the flavor of the ingredients. Therefore, when it comes to firm texture, color, and rich flavor, each taste is different!
