You can enjoy three types of Amakusa's proud seafood: tiger prawns, yellowtail, and sea bream at the same time. Enjoy with wasabi salt and ponzu sauce. To finish off your meal, add rice porridge or udon to the soup made from the prawns or fish and enjoy to the very end. Shabu-shabu can be served on the same day, so please feel free to order. Other, you can enjoy carefully selected Japanese-style meal delivered directly from the farm in a cozy and adult space.
