For 37 years in Mikage, our restaurant is proud of the sushi that the craftsmen hold in front of you consistently. We buy only good fish every day, and Sushi vinegar is a blend of three types. Shari is made with red shari that enhances the flavor of the ingredients, and boiled conger eel and kanpyo are popular. There are almost no people who order additional sushi courses, and the lineup is full of proud flavors that will satisfy you with the contents of the course. Please enjoy the sushi that we are proud of because it is simple, and we are proud of it.
