♦︎手消毒・検温の協力あり、うへー、めんどくさくて受けてしまった(それが思考停止だっつうの)
入店仕事後に泊まり、チェックアウト当日も仕事という訳あり旅行(笑)有り難く寛がせていただきました。

★【蒸物】鶏牛蒡道明寺
道明寺粉が好きで、このお料理は美味しくてちびちび食い。
★【強肴】赤魚黄金焼き
味噌マヨ焼きは魚も消し去ってしまう美味さ。百合根の食感楽しみました。
⭐︎【止椀】どんがら汁
残念、完成していない。白子や岩のりも入っていれば寒鱈汁らしさがあって良かった。
■朝食
★少ない量を多種食べる式。
いろいろ食べられて嬉しい。
器が鮮やか、盛り付け良しです。
★山東菜のお浸しが好きなので嬉しい。
⭐︎蕎麦も嬉しかったですが、コシとかザラつきがない
ので小麦粉多めのものかな。
★炊いた大根を八丁味噌タレで頂いたのが妙に美味しかったです。八丁味噌は愛知。晩の強肴の味噌マヨネーズも八丁味噌を使ったのかな?
帰宅して「味噌が美味しかった」と振り返っています。
