”すし岩瀬”さんで予約日をまさかの勘違い。親方の機転で急遽こちらをご紹介いただき、都庁前から新宿御苑までタクシーで移動します。
同じ匠系の”達広”さんの分店にあたります。
『若いけどしっかりしたモンですから、よろしくお願いします』と岩瀬氏からもお墨付き
六時半過ぎに暖簾をくぐります。
既に六名のお客様が着席中。
『あのぉ~、岩瀬さんからお電話があったと思いますけど...』と呟くラッコ。
『はい。こちらにどうぞ』と、いかめしいお顔に片えくぼが浮かぶ若き仁王像のような親方が、右手で手招きされます。
なるほど。
風格に満たされたその立ち姿から『お前にすべて任せた』と達広親方に言わせた逸話に納得します。
お一人でカウンター九席とテーブル席一卓を差配されますので、多少間合いが伸びるのも止む無しですが、一斉スタートでもない個別対応を粛々とこなすさまは、匠系での修練のなせる業。
うん。
これは将来が楽しみなお店に出会うことが出来ました。
