元ローストホース平山さん、81永島さん、ソラノイロ宮崎さんのお三方がが天ぷらとラーメンで世界進出を目指してオープンしたちか峰(chikamine)。渋谷・並木橋近くにあり、昼のみの営業をしている。夜は会員向けにラボとして様々な実験をしているそうだ。昼は予約すれば誰でも入れるみたい。ランチメニューは3,300円。アンビリーバブル!!後述するが、メニュー数を考えても破格の値段で美味しい天ぷら、ラーメンを食べられる。こちらでは海老も穴子も出さない、ピンネタに拘らないスタイル。衣で包んで食材を蒸すという調理技法を用いて良い意味で枠からはみ出た天ぷらイノベーティブ。ラーメンのスープを飲み干してしまう程に美味しく進化した麺料理。平山さんの軽快なトークで笑いながら楽しい時間、沢山の美味しいが生まれた。まだ予約を取っていない人は絶対的に予約をトレタ経由で取るべきである。
