老舗の有名店の青柳さん系列のこちらのお店、婆裟羅。
常連さんとご一緒させていただきました☆
徳島の青柳さんはもう閉店されているので、こちらで小山さんのお味がいただけるのは楽しみです。
トマトすき焼きが有名ですが、今回は「京橋懐石 桜」¥10000のコースをお願いしました。
●文箱八寸
二段のお重は、見た目にとっても華やかで、一気にテンションが上がります(^O^☆♪
飾りで置かれた繰り抜き大根で、箸休めにどうぞとの事。
蓋を開けると、も〜う可愛過ぎますo(^▽^)o
きっちりといろいろなものが宝石のように詰められていて、これは女子ウケ間違いありません♬

開けた時は木の芽がふわっと香ります。
いただくとお出汁とほっこりしたうすい豆のすり流しに、鯛の焼き目が香ばしいお椀でした。

伊豆の本わさびが美味しくてびっくり☆
