京橋に下関の美味いネタを食べさせてくれる寿司店『仁』がある。店主の大堀さんが下関で『寿司仁』で握っていた時から通っているお寿司屋さんで、2013年4月の東京スクエアガーデン開業に伴い、下関の『寿司仁』をお弟子に任せて上京し、今のお店をオープさせた。
高級感漂う店内は、カウンター席が8席と個室があり、下関が選挙区の安倍元総理夫妻や芸能人など著名人が多く訪れる。
