◆出色の一皿 シャトーブリアンステーキサンド
どの皿も水準以上の味だが、
ひときわ印象深かったのがこの一皿。
高級焼肉でサンドイッチと云えば
ビフカツがメジャーだが、
こちらはシャトーブリアンのステーキ。
分厚くカットされたロゼ色のシャトーブリアンは
脂がくどくないたおやかな甘みと旨みで、
ごく淡くトーストされたwith life bakeryのkinari食パンが
ふんわりとやわらかほの甘で、
ステーキ合わせの王道のシャリピアンソースが
玉ねぎのみならずリンゴを使っているせいか
後口が爽やか。
店が”名物”と謳うだけ有る
良く出来たシグネチャーな一皿だった。
