とある平日夜、草加駅からやや離れた場所にある蕎麦点心 砂場宗泉へ。非常に歴史がある蕎麦屋さんで、いつか行きたいと思っていました。店の脇と道路向かいに駐車場完備です。
メニューには鴨南蛮があったので、鴨せいろは注文出来ないか?を確認…出来ました。先客なし後客3組9名。店内はかなり趣があるいい雰囲気です。

待つ間、店内にあった蕎麦に関連する本を読んで勉強。9分程で供されました。
実食!
鴨せいろ:鴨の脂がしっかり蕎麦つゆに出ています。出汁・かえしがしっかりした上に鴨のコクが美味しいですね。蕎麦は手打ちの二八でしょうか?香りはそこそこですが、しっかりとしたコシがある美味しい蕎麦です。ただ量は少ないかも知れません…。汁には鴨肉・ネギ・三つ葉が入っていますが、鴨肉がたくさんあって嬉しいですね♪ 薬味を添えて楽しみました。〆の蕎麦湯は自然な濃さの茹で湯タイプ。鴨せいろは〆の蕎麦湯も楽しみのひとつですが、やはり美味しいです。★3.5
とろろ山かけ:提供されてプチ驚き!つけタイプかと思ったら、冷やしスタイルのとろろ。丼が小さいのでボリュームが少なく見えました…。山かけのとろろ・青海苔・ウズラの卵・蕎麦つゆがかかった状態です。蕎麦がせいろの比ではなく氷水で〆た冷たさがあり、その分コシが強くはなっていました。トータルでは美味しかったですが、とろろは粘りが強くはない汎用系?の山芋だった様な…。★3.2
玉子とじ:温かい蕎麦をその名の通り玉子とじにしています。温かい蕎麦つゆはまずまずの出汁感でしたが、玉子とじがボテッとしてイメージと少し違ってました…。蕎麦は温かいのも美味しいですね。具材は玉子・蒲鉾・三つ葉が入っていました。全体を通して薬味のネギが万能ネギだったのは残念でした。★3.1
歴史がある蕎麦屋さんながら、雰囲気が良い中頂く美味しい手打ち蕎麦でした。( 〃▽〃) 蕎麦前がいくつかあるみたいでしたが、蕎麦屋も点心というのはそういう意味なのでしょうか。ごちそうさまでした。
