北新地にある【鮨 青海】さんでのディナータイム。
美味しいウニの食べ比べが出来ると聞いてウニ好きの2人でやってきました♫
オープンしてまだ日が浅いピカピカの店内は北新地らしく高級感があります♫

先ずは生ビールで乾杯〜!!
お料理は出てきた順に
★先付 わかめ
柔らかいけど少し歯応えもあるわかめはそのままでも美味しいですが、酸味が強調された自家製ぽん酢で更に美味しくいただきました♫
(こちらはお代わり自由です)
★前菜 タコのやわらか煮・甘海老・子持ち昆布
程よい弾力を残したタコの柔らか煮は味付けが絶妙〜♫
甘海老の上には海老味噌と鯛の酒盗を酒で伸ばした薬味をトッピング。
ねっとりとした甘海老そのものが新鮮で美味しいです❤︎
子持ち昆布は想像通りの味。
つぶつぶの食感で美味しいです♫
★造り 宮城県の鰹
軽く漬けにしている鰹は福井産の地辛子でいただきます。
漬鰹にマイルドな地辛子、美味しい〜❤︎
ここからお寿司が4貫続きます。
シャリは赤酢と白酢を使っていて
砂糖は使っていないのにほんのり甘いのはお米の甘さらしいです❤︎

表面はパリパリで、中はとろとろのしっとり感でめちゃくちゃ美味しいです❤︎(*>ω<*)

土佐醤油に漬け込んだ生と茹でた2種類のいくらは甘みがあって美味しいです❤︎

8割が干瓢、ほぼ干瓢〜
シャキシャキしていてこんなに干瓢を感じた巻物は初めてです♪

高級魚の旨味たっぷりの濃厚な赤だしは味わい深くてホッする美味しさです❤︎
