鶴見に本店を構え、川崎に展開している人気の肉小僧グループ。川崎の肉小僧匠と、うしこぞうは訪問済みで、私のお気に入りの焼肉屋。肉屋出身のオーナーが厳選した雌牛の和牛やA5ランクの和牛をリーズナブルに提供しているので、肉質は間違いない。
青葉台は今年3月にオープンしたばかりで、川崎とは雰囲気がまた違って、白を基調とした店内に牛のイラストや可愛いイラストが飾られ、カフェのような雰囲気。テーブル席もゆったりとしています。川崎同様お子様ウェルカムなので、お子様連れなど、沢山のお客さんで賑わっていました。
お得な飲み放題付きコースもありますが、今回はアラカルトで好きなものをいただきました。
先ずはうしこぞうレモンサワーとビールで乾杯。

生キムチ以外のキムチ盛り合わせをいただきましたが、キムチのレベルの高さにビックリ。
鶴橋キムチ、大根チャンジャキムチ、京野菜を使った壬生菜キムチなんてめちゃめちゃ美味しくて、自宅にも欲しいくらい。
炙りユッケは卵黄と混ぜて。甘くて美味しい。
韓国海苔に巻いていただくのがベスト。
見るからに新鮮なレバー焼きは表面をよく焼いて、葱と胡麻塩油で。
特上生タン塩は、見るからに美味しそうなタンですが、本当に美味しすぎて一番好き。焼いた後たっぷりの葱と一緒に食べるのが最高です。
この日の特上3種盛りは、和牛ハラミ、リブマキ、リブシン。ハラミは山葵とカンボジア粒胡椒で。リブマキとリブシンはタレで。もうね、肉質がやわらかくて、それでいてしつこくない。極上のお肉です。
ツラミの焼きしゃぶは、さっと焼いて葱とおろしポン酢でさっぱりいただけて美味しい。
ユッケジャンスープに小ライス入れていただくのが好きで、色々な焼肉屋さんで注文してますが、ここのユッケジャンはちゃんと辛さもあり、連れ好みです。
自家製ミルクプリンは甘さ控えめで、杏仁豆腐みたいで美味しくて大好き。これはお腹いっぱいでも食べておきたい。
お店の方も感じ良く、まだオープンして1ヵ月位なのに早くも大人気。肉小僧グループは共通して美味しいし、オススメの焼肉屋です。
