新子焼き…いつ頃から旭川名物になったのかしら…?
ふと気付くと、名物になってました( ˙꒳˙ )
以前、彷徨って検索した時に「現在地近くの焼鳥屋」で
ヒットしたこちらの「三代目かん太郎」サン
ようやく初訪問です♬
外には既に炭火焼きの良い香りが漂ってます(*ˊᵕˋ*)
ちょっと、様子見なので軽く頼んでみる事に…
【鶏モモ骨なし】♬
普段なら鶏モモは塩派なんだけど、どうやらタレに
自信がある様なので…タレにしてみました。
このタレ、美味しいね〜♡
甘過ぎずサラっとしてて、くどくないからお肉の
味もシッカリ楽しめます♪゛
炭焼きだし、お肉自体も良さげでした♬
焼鳥といっても、串に刺さないで焼く様ですね。
どうせ外して食べるから…外す手間が無くて
イイかもね(笑)
冷奴…お醤油…かけなきゃよかった…
テーブルに常置してるのね…逝ってました(><)
瓶は綺麗だったので、疑うこと無くフツーに
サーっとかけてしまいました…
かなり黒くなってて、あっっ!と思ったけど
もう手遅れ…( ˘•ω•˘ ).。oஇ
こんな時の為に携帯用のお醤油…今日に限って
持ってないわ(笑)もう遅いけどね…
と、いう訳で焼鳥も炭火焼きだし、お店の方も
感じイイし、お店の雰囲気もイイし、なかなか
楽しめるお店だと思うので…
お醤油!ちょっと考えた方が良さそう…
お醤油だけで台無しなんて、勿体ないよね…|ω・)
今度は旭川名物の『新子焼き』お持ち帰りに
してみよっと...♪*゚
塩派だけど、このタレなら美味しいそう(*ˊᵕˋ*)
