溜池山王からほど近い路地の中にあります。
入り口の甕に桜が活けられ、スポットライトに照らされています。 春の訪れを演出。
個室に案内されました。 ちょっと廊下や部屋は狭め。
15000円のコースでお願いしてありました。
まずは、日本酒。 越乃寒梅 超特選 1合 2500円、 続いて、食事途中で、萬壽 純米大吟醸 1合 2500円 に。
(この日の限定日本酒が3種類とも全部売り切れでした。 ザンネン!!)
さて、お料理です。
1、才巻海老、うるい、こごみ、菜花、鳥貝、炙り帆立 を、黄身酢と酢のジュレで
2、からすみ蕎麦
3、3点盛り *鯛の煮凝り、紅ズワイガニ、オクラのたたき、タラの芽
*太刀魚の揚げ物、蚕豆の衣揚げ、キャビア
*生湯葉のすりながし、生雲丹、銀餡
4、お椀 筍しんじょ、蕨、金目鯛、新わかめ
5、お造り 鯛、本マグロ中トロ、アオリイカ、フルーツトマト 醤油と塩で。
6、アマダイの唐揚げ、 行者にんにく、白髪ねぎ
7、筍土佐煮 ふき、栗麩、里芋
8、宮崎黒毛和牛 フィレ (メインは、サーロイン、フィレ、すっぽんスープの3種類からのチョイスです)
9、筍ご飯、味噌汁、香の物 (魚の形の器にぎっしり)
10、黒糖プリン
上質な食材を使用し、丁寧に作ってあることが感じられます。
全体に、山菜満載で、春の息吹を感じました。
牛フィレがちょっとカサカサな感じで残念。
サービスの女性もよく気が付き、食事のテンポも適切。
部屋が狭いので、ゆったりした気分になれないですが、なごやかに食事ができます。
