中華そば(並)2人前入り1,500
本当は富山最終日の昼飯にと考えていましたが、急遽糸庄にもつ煮込みうどんを食べに行くこととなり本場のブラックを諦めましたが、駅前店のこちらだけ持ち帰り用を販売しているとのことで帰る前に購入しました。
翌晩、自分用に調理してみました。分量どおりなかなか良い出来です(^^)
ブラックラーメンは東京で食べたことあるけど本場のしょっぱさは比にならないと言う。さてさてどんな味か?
麺から。うん、美味い。低加水麺がスープを吸い込み、これは確かにおかずになるなぁ。スープは鶏ベースなんでしょうが深みは無し。醤油がダイレクトに来ます。
メンマが塩辛い!これを混ぜなければまだしも行けそう。しかし、混ぜて食うのがおすすめと のこと、軽く混ぜて麺、チャーシュー、スープと三位一体で食べる。冷や飯も挟む。うん、確かにイケる(^^)
二、三口スープを含みます(飲むという表現は当てはまらず…)がこめかみの辺りの血管がドクドク言ってきたのでスープはストップ!いや〜これは飲めませんよ。確かに東京のパチモンとは違います。
結論、スープだけじゃかなりキツイ。おススメどおり食べるが吉。また行く機会があれば是非店舗で食べてみたいところです。
