北千住の「鮨 真汐」さんへ。
南千住生まれの生粋の江戸っ子、今も現役でジム通いをしているという、この道48年の元気で愛嬌たっぷりな67歳の真塩大将のお店です( ´゚д゚)
話を聞くと店名も自分の名前の漢字を「塩」だけ変えてとったようですね♪︎
コースは税込み¥11,000~あり当日は¥15,400の恵コースをいただきましたが、北千住でこんなにきちんとして本格的な江戸前寿司を食べたのは初めてだったのと、失礼ながらあまり期待をしていなかったので予想以上のレベルの高さに真塩大将にすみません舐めてましたと謝ってしまうほど!
当日のお気に入りは一品料理では「北寄貝の炙り」、握りでは「島根県の天然平目」と「生さば」、「生あわび」!!
産地はもとより一品一品に施された丁寧なお仕事が味にも現れており、お陰様で友人と笑顔の絶えない時間を過ごすことができました(^^)
また若い女将さんにおまかせで提供してもらった日本酒のチョイスも良かったです★☆
そして本当に67歳でも現役で明るくいろいろ活動しパワフルな真塩大将に僕ももっと頑張らなければと元気づけられた1日でもありました!
