赤羽にある鮨処『みや古分店』
家内と二人で伺いました。
予約していますが少し早めに店の前に並び『隅の席』を確保します。家内は隅が好きなのです。
初めて伺いますが妙に落ち着く雰囲気がありますね。
靴を脱いだ開放感と人に足元が見えないからでしょうか。少し崩して食事がとれますよ。

割烹料理は目に鮮やか且つ美味しかった。
どれも趣向を凝らした逸品で楽しい時間を過ごせました。
◎はお気に入り。
その中でも『くりからの手巻き』は抜きん出て美味しいと思いました。やはり鰻の脂に奈良漬は合いますねぇ。次点で車海老。イサキの白子挟みも美味かったです。
ご主人の小粋なトークも心地良く、久しぶりのお酒がすすみました。
季節を変えてまた訪問したいと思います。
