西荻窪駅から徒歩8分ほど。
五日市街道に出る手前の左側ですが、ちょっと奥まったところに
入口があるのと、どこにも店名が書いていないので、付近をウロウロしました。
よく見ると、暖簾がかかった入口が。
予約のときから、対応がとても丁寧で、好感度抜群。
6時の予約でしたが、すでに私以外のお客さんは到着していたので、
大将がすぐに、名前を言ってくれました。 初めてのお店で、こういう対応を
されるのは、ホッとして、うれしい限り。
ちなみに、私以外はほぼ常連さんで、2回転しても、また常連さんがほとんどでした。
この地で長く愛されているんですね。
というのも、大将は気さくで、細かな心配り、目配りができる方。
笑顔もとても素敵です。 でありながら、昔ながらの寿司職人のオーラを放っています。

ちょっとかためのシャリが好み。
とこぶしがことのほか、美味でした。
