極狭で定員4名の立ち食いそばですが、
今日は余りにも寒いので熱々のうどんにします。
うどんくださーいと女将さんに告げ、
湯掻いている間にネタケースをじっくり見回し、隠元で!と種をオーダ。

いや!よくよく見るとイカダになっておりまして、
多摩川くだって東京湾まで出られそうですねー。
おツユは濃いめですが、薄い人には追加用カエシがボトルで置いてあるので どーぞ。
ただ、この目がチカチカするような
ビビッドカラーの器は止めたほうが良い気がします。
新たな情報としては、汁だけとハーフが始まっておりました。
天ぬきで酒呑んで〆にハーフができれば最高なのですが
地下鉄そばさんは呑む店じゃないんで、悪しからず。
