香ばしく焼いた煮干しを砕いたスープに低加水ストレート細麺がからみます,細切りメンマはシャクシャクの食感で独特の発酵臭もしません,荒切りの玉ねぎが煮干しスープに良く合います,現金で対応の事前調べで決めてた替玉を平打ち麺でお願いするとチョとタレが掛かってます,スープドボンで頂くと多加水のムチツルな食感は私的にこちらの方が好きなタイプで美味しく頂きお腹いっぱいですd(´ڡ`๑)
