この日は仲間3人で訪問。入口のポスターから長崎の九十九島の食材を中心に料理を出してくれるとか。確かに、お塩などは九十九島の塩を使っているそうです。
最初に頼んだのは生ガキ。北海道の仙鳳趾は大きな殻と丸丸とした身。真牡蠣なのにクリーミーな白い部分がパンパンに張って、まるで岩牡蠣のようなコクの強さ。伊勢や松山など西日本でしか見たことがない甘みの強い檜扇貝の蒸し物は、とにかくリゾットにしてくれ!と勝手なオーダーも快く受けてもらえました。そのリゾットの美味しいこと美味しいこと。コメもポリポリで味わいも深いことこの上なし。ウニのパスタも美味しい。ウニにあまり火が入っていないので、クリーミーさは抜群。その他からすみの掛かったサラダやローストビーフ、ボロネーゼとイタリア料理の王道全開。聞くとご主人はナポリに長く住んでいたそうで、同地はウニも食するとか。どうりでウニスパゲティは開店当時からの看板なんだそうです。
唯一の難点は少々高いこと。スパゲティーは概ね2千円台後半。あっ!写真のパスタは、大盛の1人前を3人でシェアしたもの。でも、総じて少し少し値段設定が高い気が。結果出来上がりは一人1万円超。ワイン1本空けているものね。でもまぁ、二子玉川だし美味しかったから良いかぁ。ご馳走様でした。
