タレなしで肉本来の味を楽しめる。
ざぶとんすき焼きはややレアなお肉をタレと卵にまぜたたけでも絶品。ご飯をまいて食べるとまた違った味が楽しめる
ロックステーキは最初に目の前で焼いたものを一度下げカットされてだされる
柔らかいがしっかりした肉質で肉にしっかりした味がついているため塩、マスタードをつけてさっぱりしてほどよくなる。
