見た目も華やか味もびっくりのもつ鍋、とろろがたっぷりと入った煌梨鍋が食べられる博多もつ処煌梨目黒店にオーストラリアから来日した食通の友人たちと一緒に行って来ました。
目黒駅から東口を出た飲食街の2階。
場所は看板が目立つのですぐわかりました。
店内に入り、カウンター隣のテーブル席を案内されます。
事前に予約してお願いしていたのは、どんたくコース6000円に1550円プラスして飲み放題にしました。
内容はこんな感じ。
・小鉢
金時草のおひたしがいい感じで美味しいですね。
・サラダ
エビがプリプリで食感も良かったです。
・酢もつ
さっぱりした味わいでビールに良く合います。
・豚ポン
・博多辛子明太子
ふつうに美味しかったですね。
・馬刺し五種盛り(極上霜降り・赤身・ふたえご・こうね・くんせい)
・もつ鍋(みそ・醤油・塩・辛みそ・目黒鍋・煌梨鍋)
の中から煌梨鍋を。
これが見た目も素敵で、たっぷりのとろろが鍋の上にまるで雪のよう。
ぷりぷりのもつと相性は抜群で和風出汁がとってもあって美味しかったです。
もつ鍋は煌梨鍋を選んだ場合〆は〆蕎麦も選べたのでお蕎麦にすることに。
鍋の〆にお蕎麦をいただくのは初の体験。
とろろのスープが和風な感じに良くあって、お蕎麦がとってもまいう〜です。
ごちそうさまでした。
また来ます!
