今日は、飲み友人と2人で夕食の約束をして、こちらを予約しました。気の合う仲間と食事するのは、楽しいですね!
お店は、駅から徒歩4分程度のイーストワンタワービルの地下1階です。ちょっと判りずらいと思いますが駅のフロアーが2階で、お店が地下なのでお気をつけて下さい。友人は、1階の別のお鮨店に入りそうでした(笑)
お店に入ると大将らしき方が出迎えてくれました。案内されたのはカウンター席です。和の空間で落ち着いた感じです。
今夜の料理は、おまかせ握りコースです。
・前菜盛り合わせ
・握り11貫(玉子つまみを含みます。)
・季節の小丼仕立て
・巻物
・蒸物
・香乃物
・留椀
・甘味
ドリンクメニューから、生ビール(熟撰)を注文、そこへ小さな杯の様な先付けを出され、「しじみ一番出汁です。先ずこちらを飲んでからお酒をお楽しみ下さい。」との話しです。
濃いしじみ出汁が身体に染みます。さりげなく気遣いのある良いお店だなぁーって思いました!
前菜5品は、加茂茄子と桜えびの田楽、くるみ豆腐、真蛸の小豆煮、白子ぽん酢です。
どれも好きですが、特に真蛸の小豆煮が気に入りました!!柔らかく小豆の甘さが加わって初めての味わいでした。握りは、てんぽ良く平目に藻塩からです。あっさりしてますが、旨味のしっかりした一品です。鹿児島産の鯵は、銀シャリとの相性も良いですね!
大間の中とろは、流石やま幸さんからの仕入れだそうです!
続いて、いくら小丼ですがイクラの上には、艶々のキャビアに金箔が乗ってます。豪華~!
追加で大将に日本酒を聞くと、3種類見せて頂き「栃木の鳳凰美田」にしました。
ここ最近で飲んだお酒で、一番のさわやかで旨味の強いお酒です!友人と乾杯~!!
握りのまぐろ赤身の漬け、墨いか、かますと続き、高知産スマカツオのお造りは鮮度も良く、どれも素材を生かした隠し包丁が入ってます。
雲丹は、大将から塩水雲丹・馬糞雲丹・紫雲丹がありますがと、9種全てを見せて頂き厳選の3種を特別に出して下さいました。
別料金ですが、こんな機会は、余り無い事なので今日は、友人と奮発しちゃいます!
味もそれぞれ個性が有り楽しく成ります。
続いて、小肌・とろ炙りと食べ進み、とろたく手巻きは、手渡しで受け取り頂きます。
飲み物は、今度はグラス白ワイン(ミッシェル・リンチ・ブラン)~竹鶴のハイボールを頂きます。
女性の従業員の方が、横から「茶碗蒸しです、お熱いので気を付けてどうぞ!」中身は平茸・マッシュルーム・大黒しめじ・ホタテです!キノコとホタテの食感を楽しみながら美味しく頂きました。穴子握り、玉子はカステラの様で中に海老が香ります。漬物にべったら、安芸紫で、口直しします!
留椀は、とろろ昆布赤だし仕立て、ほっとしますね!
最後に甘味の栗のプリン!デザートも手抜きの無い味でした。
大将のこだわりを感じたのは、しゃりが二種類使い分けられていて、赤シャリ・銀シャリと、大変な手間暇掛けている熱意も感じられました。品川に来た時に立ち寄りたいお店が出来ちゃいました!!
