あまり人に知られたくないですね。
路地裏にそっとあります。
凛とした白木のカウンター、木箱に並ぶネタ。
大将は笑顔が印象的な、いい感じの人。
Pモルツの中瓶から始めて、冷酒をぐびぐび飲んじゃいました。
つまみはなんと12種類。
刺身は当然美味いし、握りとかぶらないところがまた・・・
帆立の肝は刺身で初めて食べましたが、こりゃ凄い。
へしこ、鮎の米麹と、かなり濃いところまでいって、やっと握りへ。
鮪がいきなり美味いです。
赤貝、小肌、海胆は抜群でした。
少しだけ甘い、しゃりのほどけ方がとてもいいです。
飲兵衛にはたまらんお店です。
