門前仲町の成田山と富岡八幡宮との中間、東急ステイ門前仲町店の向い側にあります。
元々美容室だった場所に新しくオープンした和食料理店です。
店内はL字型カウンターに9席、奥には4人用テーブルが1卓のみとこじんまりしています。
お店にはご主人と和服姿の女将さんの2人、震災前までは20年以上新橋でお店を出していたそうです。
ナガス鯨刺し(1,200円)
黒々とした鯨刺しは、鉄分豊富的な味が感じとれます。
鯨ベーコンの方が好きですが、マグロ、馬肉とも違う赤身の旨味を楽しみました。
お造り盛合せ(1,200円)
お造りは、〆鯖、タコ、カレイの3点盛り。
〆鯖は軽く〆てるので食べやすい。
タコはコリコリ、カレイはまったりとしていました。
はも皮ポン酢(600円)
ふぐ皮は経験ありますが、はも皮は初めて。
はも皮は生じゃないんだね。
焼いたもの、乾燥させたものをもどしたような感じ、期待していたコリコリ食感とは違いました。
鰆西京焼き(800円)
こんがり焼けてて美味しそう!
やっぱり、西京焼きは美味しいね。
鰆は脂が少なくさっぱり。
旨味と風味が凝縮されてて旨旨、本当ご飯が欲しくなりました。
揚げ出し豆腐(500円)
パチパチと油で揚がる音が心地いい。
油っぽさがなく、絹ごし豆腐が柔らかくてふっくら食感。
少し甘い出汁が良かったです。
若鳥唐揚げ(600円)
揚げ出し豆腐と同じく、魚以外の数少ないメニュー。
生姜がかなり効いてるし、衣にも生姜をまとってます。
揚げたては、ジューシーで美味しいですね。
おにぎり(200円)
おにぎりは1ケ200円、梅とおかかがあります。
変哲もないおにぎりですが、飲んだ後は無性に美味しく感じるから不思議だ。
スイカ(?円)
コースメニューにしかないデザートのスイカを無理言って出してもらいました。
やっぱり夏はスイカ、ヒンヤリ甘甘で締めくくりました。
お店は魚がメイン。
お通し的に出された、アラ汁っぽいお吸い物が絶品。
コース料理(4,000円)が、お店のイチオシみたいです。
静かにゆったりとした雰囲気があり、大人の隠れ家的なお店でした。
