月島駅から徒歩5分、もんじゃストリートを横切って隅田川側に歩いていくとこちらのお店はあります。
会食利用にて1年半振りの再訪になります。
ラストオーダー21時クローズ22時と少し早めです。
オーダーしたのは下記の品です。
•生とり貝(大阪)
•ひらめ(福島)
•まぐろホホ肉のカツレツ
•自家製ポテトサラダ
•生ゆば
•チキン南蛮
〆におにぎり(明太子)&みそ汁
記憶が曖昧ですが、前回より格段に美味しい!と感じました。
まずはとり貝、肉厚で特有の香りが広がり美味。
ポテサラは荒め味付けはマイルド、まぐろホホ肉のカツレツは柔らかく魚というより牛肉に近い感じがしました。
ヒレ肉を更に柔らかくした食感で、普段あんまり食べないので余計に美味しく味わえました。
ホホ肉はよく動かす部位なので弾力があり旨味の塊なんでしょう。
また頂きたいです。
〆のおにぎりはサイズ感と塩気がバッチリ、またみそ汁が輪をかけて旨かったです。
美味しい居酒屋のお手本のような『肴や 味泉』、前回来た際はオーダーをミスったのかもしれません。
再訪決定、ごちそうさまでした♪
