再 訪(18.8月)
独立して3年半余り、
開店して直ぐ訪れた印象は
味は水準以上、個性はこれから。
その1年後の再訪も
その印象は大きく変わらなかった。
しかし三度めの訪問の今回、
ただただ素晴らしかった‥
ネタも明らかに良くなり、
元々良かったつまみに加えて
握りも格段に進化している。
何よりも、存在の大き過ぎる前店、すぎたさんの残像が無く、
橋本さん独自の寿司になっている事が大きい。
機会に恵まれたら、また是非訪れたいと思った。
