こちらは夜のアラカルトのお客さんのみ席料として先付500円を徴収されます。
今回はもずく酢です。
まずはサッポロラガービールで乾杯です。生も有りましたが私は基本的に瓶ビールを選択します。
何故かと言うと生は単価が安くお店側としては重宝するのですが如何せん掃除が大変でそれをちゃんとやってない生ビールサーバーのビールは臭くて堪らないからです。本当はちゃんとメンテナンスしているか?そのお店の力量を見るのに最適なのですが…。
蕎麦前に5品選択しました。
①そば焼き味噌
②玉子焼(だし巻)
③穴子一本揚
④メゴチ天ぷら
⑤鴨炙り焼
蕎麦前の定番と季節のメゴチ天ぷらをセレクトしました。
どれも美味しく頂けました。
余談ですが私は天ぷらの天つゆは甲殻類や野菜でしか使用しません。
それは天つゆには必ず鰹節が使われているから魚系は魚被りで味が濁るので必ず塩で食します。
よって穴子一本揚、メゴチ天ぷらは塩で食しました。
[蕎麦の項でよく書くのですが特に初めて訪問した際は基本的にせいろそば(もりそば)のみを注文します。
まずは蕎麦のみを食べて味と香りを確認しそれからつけ汁を直接飲んでかえしのコクや熟成具合、出汁の配分等を確認してつけ汁にはねぎも山葵も入れないで食します。後半になってねぎを投入し山葵は蕎麦に直接付けてつゆに山葵が触れて溶けない様に食します。]
肝心の蕎麦ですがもりと田舎そばが同時に味わえる二種もりを選択しました。
まず、欠点ですが徳利がなくお猪口にそばつゆが入っていて最後に蕎麦湯で味わう時に分量調整が出来ないので私は嫌いです。
つけ汁をそのまま少し飲んでみるとかえしのコクはあるがやや弱く好みの江戸前の辛口とは違いやや甘目。
次は蕎麦をそれぞれ直接食べてみますが香りは弱く好みではありません。
こちらのお店は蕎麦自体は中の上ですが蕎麦前が豊富なので居酒屋感覚でゆっくり腰を据えて飲むのが最適ではないでしょうか。
