2018年6月。山の上ホテルに宿泊。
この日の夜は、友人と三人で『てんぷらと和食 山の上』
さんで頂く事になりました。
19時からの予約で入店し、カウンター席へ。
(やっぱ天ぷらはカウンターで頂きたいかも。)
まずは日本酒で乾杯。
料理ですが「料理長おすすめ夏の味覚コース」をお願い
しました。コース内容は以下になります。

☆お通し:梅ちりめん山椒煮
☆先附:季節の一品(生ゆば)
☆てんぷら 壱:活海老二尾、鱧、稚鮎、隠元、おくら
☆皿物:白身魚薄引 彩野菜 柑橘ドレッシング
(白身魚は鱸でした♪)
☆てんぷら 弐:雲丹、穴子、とうもろこし、アスパラ
☆口替り:玉子豆腐 あわび 順才 蛇の目胡瓜
美味だし 振り柚子
☆食事:かき揚げ(天丼 または 天茶 または 天バラ)
赤出し、香の物
☆デザート:季節の果物 または アイスクリーム
(青梅シャーベットをチョイス)
ドリンクは以下3点を注文。
○立山 1合 900円
○上喜元 1合 1300円
○水芭蕉 純米吟醸 1合 1400円
定番から季節感のある食材を使った揚げたての天ぷら♪
やっぱ美味しいですね〜
鱧と稚鮎も印象に残りましたが、やっぱし活海老が一番
好きだったかも。
あと〆の天茶も美味かった〜。天ぷらに熱湯(出汁)を
注ぐのって、どん兵衛以外では初体験でしたがw、全然
イケました♪
いつか東京で「江戸の三味」の一つと言われる天ぷらを
食べてみたいと思っていたので(ちなみに三味の残りは
蕎麦と寿司)、天ぷらの名店で頂けて大満足の夜となり
ました。
