ランチに訪問したのですが、夜のコースをいただいたので、夜のレビューとさせていただきます。
電話で予約。お願いしたら、ランチタイムでも夜のコースメニューでも大丈夫とのこと。
夜のコースは12000円と15000円。
初回訪問なので、12000円コースをお願いしました。
通常のランチはバラチラシ1500円の旬の握り5000円~。
品川のなだ万の寿司をまかされていた店主が今年の3月にオープンしたお店です。
期待感あり。ワクワクの訪問でした。
場所は、帰燕のあたり
他の方が、昼休憩で美味しそうなバラチラシを食べている中、1人コースをいただきました。
まずは生ビールから。つまみを工夫されていました。茶わん蒸しが海老のビスク風とか、
揚げた金目鯛のソースが洋風っぽい魚介のソースとか。すごく研究していると思いました。
つまみが美味しかったので、つまみを追加してしまいました。
毛蟹 雲丹 ジュレ(追加1800円)は、お店の看板メニュー。美味しい。
贅沢な一品です。15000円コースに、この一品が含まれているそうです。
そして握り。最初の握りで、シャリが温かめって思ったのですが、おちついてきました。
蒸し鮑と雲丹といくらの一品、美味しい。シャリは一種類。つぶ貝が美味しかった。貝大好き。
鮪が2ついただけるのも嬉しい。
味噌汁がとろろ昆布。店主がとろろ昆布大好きだそうです。万能です。
とても物腰が柔らかな店主。応援したいお店。ランチのバラチラシ1500円も気になりますが
夜に行って欲しい。15000円コース、おすすめです。
