久しぶりの岡田前。
平日6時の会です。
これから始まるお肉の大祭典。
岡田さんの笑顔とトークにのっけから惹き込まれ、
ワクワクがとまりません。
まずは目の前で始まる解体ショー。
今日は松阪牛。
見事な包丁捌きで、よだれが滴るお肉に変身。
興奮マックス!
まずは定番のいくら茶碗蒸し。
もりもり、プチプチいくらが
興奮した胃を優しく包んでくれます。
そしてこれまた定番の
ここまで盛るか⁉根室のウニと松坂牛のメンチカツ。
まずはスプーンでとろけるウニをいただき、
そして手食でうに、メンチを一緒に頬張ります。
肉肉しいメンチの食感と、うにの滑らかさがなんとも絶妙。
先ほど少し落ち着いたはずの胃袋がまたまた興奮。
続いて神戸牛?のタン刺し。
今の時期は、白くて美しい春トリュフが山盛り。
あま~いタンに香り高いトリュフ、
メロメロ。
添えられわさびをつまみにお酒が進んでしまいます。
続いて登場はこれまた美しくどでかいパルミジャーノチーズ。
添えられる?のは松坂牛のフィレ。
お肉と香り高い食材の組合が2連チャン。
酒飲みには危険な状態が続きます。
ノックアウト寸前で
コンソメスープ。
ほっと一息、なわけがない。
抜群に美味しいんです。
手間暇かけた松坂牛のスープが、心も身体も癒し、
これから始まる怒涛の肉ラッシュへのゴング!
第二章の幕開けは
神戸牛タンの炭火焼。
さっきまでは豪華な食材の組合のダブルパンチだったのが、
まずは堂々肉一本勝負。
どうだ、と言わんばかりの厚み、
口に入れるとその厚みを忘れてしまう柔らかさ。
そして炭火の香り。
たまらない余韻に浸っていると
目の前にはこれまたどでかいアスパラ登場。
まさに今が旬のブルゴーニュホワイトアスパラ。
そして、添えられたのは美しい松阪牛。
しゃぶしゃぶでいただきます。
おかわりは、ルーコラが添えられ味の変化も!
次なるは岡田前の名物料理、ユッケ山盛りご飯。
今日のお肉は松坂牛のシンシン、
磨宝卵
三条のお米に
岡田前特製キャビア。
しかもお肉、盛放題‥
こんな贅沢してもいいのかな‥
今日は、お客さんの多くが、メガ盛や倍盛り。
ユッケ準備が大変。
そして、お肉の締めは
松坂牛の、シャトーブリアンと、ハツ。
シャトーブリアンはいうまでもなく、
ハツはソースも素晴らしい
なんとも満足な肉締めでした。
二八の自家製そば、
デザート、
そしてお土産の
ローストビーフサンドに
タンカレー。
いつもながらに、
胃袋も、身体も、気持ちも大満足な岡田前。
ごちそうさまでした。
こんだけ食べても
翌日の胃袋は超スッキリ!!
