誕生日祝いで年一回のディナーをこちらで。
◆雰囲気
六本木ヒルズ沿いのメイン通りから奥に入った、いくつか名店が潜む通り沿いにあります。この通り、かなり暗いです。
店に着くと、入口には女性スタッフさんのお迎え。
ドレスゴードあり。中は暖炉があり、品があるけれど、暖かみを感じる、格はあるけど肩肘張らない雰囲気です。
◆注文の流れ
ポケットコンシェルジュから予約しました。
JCBゴールド会員は2000円の割引も。
2ヶ月前から予約可能で、先に個室が解禁されたので、とりあえず個室(5000円、税サ別)を予約。
全てオンライン決済で、スマートですね。
◆客層、混み具合
私が予約した時は、食べログ点数も3.70くらいでしたが、今年に入って急に4.53まで上がり予約件数も増えたので、土曜日は早めに予約をおすすめします。
食べログの影響はすごいですね。
個室だったので客層はわかりませんでした。
◆アクセス
千代田線乃木坂駅が最寄りですが、どの駅からも十分以上は歩きます。
◆メニュー
すべてコース料理です。
ホームページにその月のメニューも詳しく書いてあります。
ときおりスペシャルコースが出るようです。
アルコール、ノンアルコールのペアリングもできます。
◆接客
入店時のお出迎えから、ワインの説明、お料理の説明は若い男の子たちが、そしてリゾットはシェフ自ら目の前で仕上げ、誕生日のお祝いプレートまで用意してくださり、最後は皆様で私たちから見えなくなるまで見送ってくださいました。
世界で200人くらいしかいないワインソムリエの、アメリカ出身のスタッフさんも、英語でワインの説明をしてくれました。
徹底したスタッフの教育だと感じました。
◆料理
Azur course+wine pairing
それと個室 2人で¥61000強でした。
約2時間のコースでした。
ぶどうの木から収穫する料理が見てみたくてここを予約しましたが、
それ以上に、それぞれの料理に驚きがあり、
とても楽しかったです。
Napa valleyで作られたワインに合う料理をと始まったお店だそうです。
トップの写真のエビの料理は、シェフが10年以上続けているもので、それぞれを細かく切って、チョコレートとエビのソースに絡めて食べる…
これも最高でした。
また金沢に行きたくなりました。
個室料金はちょっと高めでしたが
隣の席の説明が聞こえないぶん、
わくわくが増して結果よかったかなと思いました^_^
フレンチなのに、楽しくて2時間があっという間に感じました。
また違う季節に行ってみたいです!
