今宵は新宿散策
2017年7月利用
仕事場の近くに新しくお寿司屋さんがオープンしていたので行って見ることに!
ちょーど今月、後輩が誕生日だったので後輩を連れて(^^)

これでおうみと読むらしい。
場所は大江戸線の新宿西口駅から3分位、小滝橋通り沿いにあります。分かりづらいビルでしたが目印は福しん!!の隣。笑

入店するとすぐにカウンター!大将が笑顔で出迎えてくれます。カウンター以外にも個室が何室かありました、店内は檜調の内装で高級感があります。

シャリは赤酢と白酢で使い分けており、握りはどれもひと手間加えて最高の状態で提供してくれる!!この大将の握りはお皿に置かれた時に寿司が沈む( ゚д゚)こんなの初めて見ました!!
つまみもお寿司屋ってよりも和食屋さんのクオリティー!たこの柔らか煮や鰹のタタキが絶品です!
ウニの食べ比べも味の違いを楽しめいい経験が出来ました(๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧

生ビールはサントリーマスターズドリーム、コクが強く泡の状態も最高!日本酒も種類豊富でした。
※総評
料理は美味しく、値段も安め!店内も綺麗で高級感あるので接待でも使えそう!!なにより大将の人柄が良い(^^)若いが実力は申し分ないと思った!
一緒に連れてった後輩も喜んでたし、新宿にこーゆーお店が出来て良かった!
次は接待で個室利用してみます。とりあえず次の予約もしっかり入れて帰りました(^-^)笑
