この世の中に「つけめん」というジャンルを生み出した功績は凄いことだと思います。
ただ、初代大勝軒店主が亡くなってから特に、過剰評価されてるとしか思えません。
まだレビューしてませんが、初代である大勝軒 中野なんて美味しくもなんともありません。
価格も安いからそこまで不満は湧きませんが。
色々系列が分かれてるようなのでそこまで詳しくないですが、この当店、
大勝軒 十五夜に関しては至って普通の節系つけ麺店です。
夏季限定の冷やし系は大好きなので、それでの評価になりますが、とにかく普通の節系つけめん。
麺もあつもりもあるらしいですが(あつもりは個人的に考えられないですが)、普通に冷たい麺でも氷で締めるわけでもなし、
温水で中途半端に締められた、モチモチとシコシコの中間の麺の提供です。
スープ割は冷やしはお冷での割りでした。
スープ割は、割スープに出汁が効いてるから美味しくなるもので…どうしたものか。
至って普通のラーメン屋です。
感傷は評価とは別です。
750円の設定がギリギリ面子を保ってますね、このクオリティで800円越したら間違いなく酷評になるでしょう。
