カウンター席に通して頂きましたが、黒を基調とした大人な空間ー
お料理は、カラフルでかわゆいピクルスから始まる27種類でした。
どれも少しずつ出してくださるのですが、どれもセンスある盛り付けでとってもおしゃれ!しかも、目の前でスープをかけたり、燻製の箱を開けさせてくれたり、ビストロスマップみたい!と盛り上がっちゃいました(´∀`)
そんなシェフのパフォーマンスやお話とお料理に集中して、つい写真を撮るのを忘れてしまいがちでしたが、特に美味しかったのは、 秋刀魚のミルフィーユ、鴨ときのこの煮込み、名物トリュフのタリオリーニ
トリュフはほとんど一個分を目の前でたーっぷり削ってくれます。香りがたまらない〜
どれも季節の素材を使って、和風に軽く仕上げているものが多いので、意外とペロリと食べれちゃいます。それでも女性は少なめにしてもらったりしたら良いかも?
