中央区八丁堀2丁目、割烹料理「柚/ゆず」で忘年会。
路地の奥の目立たない一角に ヒッソリと佇んでます。
2階の個室を予約したかったのですが、あいにく満席でした。
まずは、ビール。当然、「キリン」ですね。
突き出し、いろいろ。
角が立った、マグロは、中トロ。魂が抜かれるような美味しさ。
利き酒師が選んでくれる冷酒は、有名どころから、マイナー蔵までいろいろ。どれもうまし。
ツブガイの壺焼き、うまし。ウニの乗った金色の茶碗蒸し。贅沢~~W
メインディッシュの鍋。当店自慢のフグチリかと思いきや・・・松坂牛の焙烙焼き、卵とじでした。刺しが入った肉。脂が、甘く蕩けます。
椀物。三つ葉の香りが清々しい。見事な美しさ。椀は和食の華とは、良く行ったものです。何と、旨い事か・・
天婦羅は、旬のワカサギですか。
タルタルソースで頂く ヤマイモ。ホックリで旨し。
ヒレ酒。アルコールを飛ばしつつ、熱々に仕上げてくれます。
フグのヒレ酒。フグの白子と 大振りのカキのコラボ。美しい一皿。
〆は、焼きおにぎりの出汁茶漬け。椀の底から、巨大オニギリ登場~Wシラスが良い味出してます。旨し、美味し。
デザート。 実は、こちらは、アイスクリームも自慢の逸品なのです。冬に暖かい部屋で頂く アイスクリーム。絶品です。
御見事でした。すべて、美味し。満足しました~~W
この日は、大将にお願いして、通常の料理コースから、バージョンアップしてもらってますW
それでも、お値段は、決して高くなく、庶民的でした~~W
まさに、八丁堀の隠れた名店。名料理です。
