先ほど、そばよしさんで野菜天そばをサクッと頂いてからの連食です。
お店に着くと、10人待ち。天丼の方はめっちゃ並んだからこれは余裕です。
すると、お一人様特典!カウンター席が1席空いたらしく、先に通されました!
せっかくなので以下を注文です。
穴子の天ぷらめし 1380円
天ぷらが到着するまで、カウンター上に置いてある三種の神器を堪能します。
三種の神器は、イカの塩辛、牛蒡と油揚げ煮、がりごぼうです。
どれも美味しいですが、イカの塩辛が美味すぎる!
いわゆるお酒に合うような塩辛さがあまりなく、マイルドにプリッとした食感で
堪らなく美味しいです。都合、5回おかわりしました。
これだけを食べに来てもいいくらいです!!!
さて、8分位で天ぷら第一弾が出来上がりです。
第一弾は、穴子一本、舞茸、獅子唐、半熟玉子になっています。
舞茸だけがちょっと油切れが悪かったな。それ以外は完璧です。
やはり穴子一本でしょうか。サクッと揚がった衣の中にふわふわな穴子です。
美味しくないわけがない!
大根おろしの天つゆとも相性バッチリです。
半熟玉子は崩して、そのまま一口。そのままでも美味しいですが、醤油を垂らしてTKGにします。
はい、間違いない美味しさですね!
続いて第二弾は、海老、烏賊のかき揚げ、南瓜、かしわです。
どれも美味しいですが、烏賊のかき揚げが特に美味しいです。
烏賊のプリッとした食感が堪りません。
アサリの味噌汁はあっさり目。(あさりだけに)あつあつで体に良さそうな優しい味わいです。
どれもかなり惜しいですが、今日の一押しはイカの塩辛かな。
天ぷらじゃない(笑)
