高コスパで有名な同店に土曜の昼間に訪問です。
土日は予約必須で日比谷、丸の内、日本橋にありますが、今回は日本橋店に訪問です。
ちなみに、土日は昼夜ともにおまかせコース(6,300円)のみとなります。
さて、予約している時間に同店に伺いますが、店内に入ると威勢の良いかけ声で予約の○○様ご来店ですと、元気よく迎えられます。今回は、カウンターに案内されます。
飲み物を聞かれますので、まずが「生ビール」を注文。提供された生ビールはうすはりグラスでの提供で、うすはりグラスで飲むビールは最高ですね。
ここからおまかせコースのスタートとなりますが、提供されたものを以下に列挙します。
・食前のしじみ汁
・たちうお
・めかぶ
・かつお漬け
・ほたて
・あわび(ゆず香る、1時間炊いている)
・こはだ(天草産)
・とうもろこし
・えのき(昆布締めでゆず香る)
・たこ
・蟹の茶碗蒸し
・すずき(宮城産)
・本マグロ 赤身漬け(沖縄産)
・ホタルイカ 沖漬け(ゆず香る)
・中トロ(沖縄産)

・むらさきうに(北海道産)

以上の27品となります。
これらを摘まみに、四万十川(高知)、七賢(山梨)、雪の茅舎(秋田)、七賢(山梨)を頂きましたが、全て1合900円と寿司屋にしてはかなりリーズナブル。
6,300円でこの品数は破格で、かなりお腹が膨れます。もちろん、味も良くコスパ抜群です。
これら27品の中で、特に個人的に美味しかったのは、本マグロの赤身漬け、穴子、たまねぎのネギトロ巻きでしょうか。
赤身漬けは、漬け加減も良いのですが、やはり本マグロの赤身だけあって、味が濃くて美味しい。また、穴子は口の中でとろける系で、ツメもちょうど良い加減、そして、ネギトロ巻きに玉ねぎを入れるという斬新さもありますが、これ何気に食感も良く、ネギトロの甘みを玉ねぎで緩和しますので、さっぱりと食べられるので好きですね。
そして何よりも上記でも書きましたが、日本酒が安い!日本酒を飲みながら、摘まみや握りを食べる私にとっては非常に有り難いですね。
これは、再訪確定ですが、3,500円の平日限定ランチもあって、予約は出来ないので並ぶ事が必須で、当日の昼間の予約状況にもよりますが、是非とも食してみたいですね。
